In using our site, your choice of browser may impact your experience. We have discovered that Internet Explorer (IE), in certain circumstances, does not behave in the same way that Google Chrome, Apple Safari or Firefox (the main IE rivals) do. What has been equally frustrating is that on occasion, we have fixed IE, only to then discover that the other 3 no longer perform as expected.
If you want to try one of these other browsers (they are all free), you can download them from these links:
The following is a list of issues that we are already aware of with IE and which we are working with our developers to resolve as soon as possible. If you are finding this frustrating, just use one of the 3 browsers above.
- If you are uploading a number of images, when you click to select a file in IE it returns you to a default file location, rather than the folder that you last used. This means you have to navigate back to your folders every time.
- When you click on the 'Collect' tab, you can if you wish refine the artworks that will be displayed to you by geographic loaction. Unfortunately, IE does not present the list of locations in the 3 column format that has been designed.
If you are having trouble getting your address or studio to appear correctly on a Google map, this is probably a fault with Google maps itself as they do not appear to always accurately store addresses. Refer to a FAQ that has been posted here.
