For those of you familiar with computers, this straightforward guide will take you through each step, so it couldn’t be easier to click through and open your own Pop-up Gallery! Simply click the links, and you’ll go direct to the relevant page (in a new window so you never lose this guide).
Follow the steps, remembering to click Save after each one. If you are not used to computers and need more detailed guidance, download our User Manual and don’t hesitate to contact us via our Support Area if you need assistance.
Step One
Register for freeEnter all of the required information, remembering to take note of the Username and Password you create - you’ll need this every time you log in!
Congratulations, you are now a part of the i2 Pop-up community!
Note:: When you start to advertise on the site, some of the information is automatically created for you so that you do not have to keep typing the same text eg your address. This information is derived from your profile, and to save time you should complete your profile as soon as possible. To do so, click on 'Account Information' and the 'Edit' button.
Tip: Put your address into Google Maps (www.google.co.uk/maps) to find your property, and make a note of the way it holds your address. This may differ slightly from the way you normally see your address, but if you enter this in your registration form, it ensures accurate pinpointing of your address/studio/gallery on your page!
Step Two
Log inClick the Log In button on the left. This will open a new window, and you can log in. Having logged in close the window to come back to this page.
Then Refresh this Page
Step Three
This will activate the buttons on the left so you can quickly open pages
Choose the option for which type of listing you require
Click HERE for the price guide to help you decide - remember, for one time only, you can choose a 14day Gallery trial for FREE
On the left side of the page you will see Add Items
Pay As You Go:
- Click New Artwork
- Follow the simple onscreen instructions to upload your listing
- You can enter as much or as little detail as you require (though some is mandatory) - we would though recommend a couple of good photos to help sell your item
- Add more individual listings if you want to
- Pay for your listing/s and see it/them Pop-up!
- That's it, you are done - the rest of the Steps are only required if you want to open a Pop-up Gallery with all the tools and features to market your work
- Remember - you can open a Pop-up Gallery at a later date and any work already listed will automatically be transferred in - so you will never lose out!
Pop-up Gallery:
- Click Pop-up Gallery
- Choose which subscription you prefer (first time includes 14days FREE trail)
- Pay for your Gallery and use the rest of the steps to design and open it
Note: In order to prevent abuse, all Pop-ups have to be approved by the i2popupgallery team. We aim to approve all Pop-ups placed between 8.30am to 6.00pm (GMT) within 2 hours, otherwise at most 6 hours.
Step Four
Before you carry on, you need to Login and then Refresh this Page
This will activate the buttons on the left so you can quickly open pages
Click Gallery Design on the left side of the myAccount page
Control Menu - will help you with everything you need to create your own beautiful Pop-up
Gallery!
Statistics - help you to keep tabs on how many people are visiting your Pop-up Gallery
Customise - use our simple tools to make your Pop-up Gallery tailored to your style! Start by:
- Uploading your logo/signature piece of work
- Giving your Pop-up Gallery a unique name
- Entering a ‘Welcome Note’ which will appear on your home page
Choose which page will be seen first by visitors (by default this is your home page, but at any time you can change this to one of the other pages in your site)
Enter as many new collections or pages as you like! Just enter a new collection/page name and click Save
Newsletter - allows you to generate and send out a periodic newsletter to your subscribers, to keep them up to date with your Pop-up Gallery! If you want to collect details of visitors who are interested in your work to facilitate this, select Yes

Step Five
This will activate the buttons on the left so you can quickly open pages
Start adding pieces of your work by clicking myAccount (you may need to log-in first)
Under Add Items, select New Artwork
Follow the on-screen instructions to add listings to your collections
For each listing that you add, click and follow the ‘checkout’ process - unlimited* listings are free to subscribers!
Step Six
Click the Gallery Preview button on the left side of the myAccount page
Go back to any of the steps above and make the changes you need - remember to always click Save after making any changes
Note: every gallery is unique, so the button to the left will not work
Step Seven
This will activate the buttons on the left so you can quickly open pages
You will see that the Gallery Status will appear as Closed for Re-hanging
This will always appear when you are editing your Pop-up Gallery, to ensure that people don’t visit whilst you’re in the process!
When you’re ready for it to be seen by the public, simply click
Open to Public
You now have your very own Gallery marketing your art across the globe 24/7
